Usage Policy

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

Safety is core to Azeroth Inc.'s mission, and we are committed to building an ecosystem where users can safely interact with and build on our products in a responsible and lawful manner. Our Usage Policy applies to anyone who uses Azeroth Inc.'s tools and services, including the Jenova platform, any Agents created through the Agent Creation Feature, the Jenova Agent API and any applications built using the API, and any interactions with connected Third-Party Tools. For clarity, integrations may be facilitated via protocols such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and may be labeled in the product interface as "apps" or "app connections"; all rules, restrictions, and protections in this Usage Policy that apply to Third-Party Tools and MCP apply equally to such "apps."

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

If we discover that your product or usage, including your use or creation of Agents, your use of the Jenova Agent API, any applications you build using the API, or your interaction with Third-Party Tools, violates Azeroth Inc.'s policies, we may issue a warning requesting a change in your behavior, adjust the safety settings of your in-product experience, suspend your access to our tools and services (including the API), or remove or disable your Agents, or terminate your API access.

No Professional Advice

The Jenova platform, including all Agents available on the platform, the Jenova Agent API, and all Outputs generated by the Services, does not provide professional advice in any domain, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, academic, tax, insurance, or any other regulated or specialized field. No professional-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, therapist-patient, fiduciary, or similar relationship is created by your use of the Services.

You must not rely on any Output as a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on Outputs from the Services.

Agents and API Developer applications may be described or labeled for specific domains (e.g., "medical assistant," "legal advisor," "financial planner"). These labels describe the agent's intended topic area, not a professional qualification or certification. Such agents do not hold professional licenses, certifications, or qualifications, and their Outputs do not constitute professional advice regardless of their labeling.

Mental Health and Crisis Resources

The Services, including all agents available on the platform and all applications built with the Jenova Agent API, are not mental health services, crisis intervention tools, or substitutes for professional psychological or psychiatric care. No therapeutic, counseling, or clinical relationship is created by your use of the Services. Azeroth does not monitor, review, or moderate user interactions in real time and has no ability to detect or respond to user emergencies.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a crisis resource immediately:

  • United States: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988

  • United States: Crisis Text Line — text HOME to 741741

  • United Kingdom: Samaritans — call 116 123

  • International: Emergency services in your jurisdiction, or visit findahelpline.com

You acknowledge that Outputs generated by the Services in response to disclosures of distress, crisis, or self-harm are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and must not be treated as professional crisis intervention, clinical guidance, or mental health advice.

Agents and applications that operate in health, wellness, spiritual, or emotional support domains must not be marketed, labeled, or presented as substitutes for professional mental health services, therapy, or crisis intervention. Creators of such agents and applications must include prominent crisis resource disclosures visible to users.

Regulated and Sensitive Data

The Services are not designed or certified for processing data subject to specific regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, ITAR, EAR, PCI-DSS, children's data requiring verifiable parental consent, attorney-client privilege, or similar regulations ("Regulated Data"). You must not submit, upload, transmit, or process Regulated Data through the Services unless Azeroth has expressly agreed to such use in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Azeroth. If you submit Regulated Data without such an agreement, you do so in violation of this Usage Policy and our Terms of Use, and at your own sole risk.

You should exercise caution when submitting sensitive personal information (such as health information, financial account details, government-issued identification numbers, or legally privileged communications) to the Services. The Services involve processing by third-party AI model providers and other service providers whose data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

We do not allow our products and services, including the Jenova platform, Agents, and the Jenova Agent API, to be used in connection with the performance or facilitation of any dangerous, illegal, or malicious activities, including any of the following:

  • Abusive or fraudulent content. This includes using our products or services to promote or facilitate the generation or distribution of spam; generate content for fraudulent activities, scams, phishing, or malware; compromise security or gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks, including spoofing and social engineering; violate the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device; violate any natural person's rights, including privacy rights as defined in applicable privacy law; inappropriately use confidential or personal information; interfere with or negatively impact Azeroth Inc.'s products or services; or utilize prompts and results to train an AI model (e.g., "model scraping").

  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse content. We strictly prohibit and will report to relevant authorities and organizations where appropriate any content that exploits or abuses minors. This includes content related to grooming, pedophilia, and nudity or that describes, encourages, supports, or distributes any form of child sexual exploitation, abuse, or material. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all content involving minors, including fictional, simulated, or AI-generated content. This prohibition extends to: (a) content depicting characters who appear to be, are described as, or are reasonably understood to be minors, regardless of any stated or implied age (including "aged-up" versions of characters who are canonically minors); (b) content involving characters whose physical or behavioral characteristics suggest they are minors, regardless of fictional age labels or disclaimers; and (c) any attempt to circumvent this prohibition through fictional framing, alternate-universe settings, time-skip scenarios, or other creative devices. This prohibition encompasses all forms of content and interaction, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and interactive or roleplay scenarios. Creating, configuring, or using an Agent to simulate, portray, or roleplay as a minor character in any sexual, romantic, or suggestive context is strictly prohibited. Directing an Agent to generate sexual or romantic content involving characters who are or appear to be minors — whether through direct prompts, system instructions, knowledge bases, or any other means — constitutes a violation of this policy regardless of whether the content is framed as fictional, consensual, or educational.

  • Non-consensual sexual content. We prohibit content that depicts, describes, promotes, or encourages non-consensual sexual acts, including but not limited to sexual assault, rape, sexual coercion, or any sexual activity involving individuals who have not or cannot consent. This includes non-consensual intimate images (commonly known as "revenge porn"), deepfake pornography involving real individuals without their consent, and other content that sexualizes real individuals without their explicit permission.

  • Deceptive or misleading content. This includes using our products or services to impersonate a human by presenting results as human-generated, or using results in a manner intended to convince a natural person that they are communicating with a natural person; engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or disinformation campaigns; target or track a person's location, behavior, or communication without their consent; generate deceptive or misleading comments or reviews; engage in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes; or plagiarize or engage in other forms of academic dishonesty. This also includes creating Agents or applications using the Jenova Agent API that are designed to deceive or mislead users.

  • Illegal or highly regulated goods or services content. This includes using our products or services to engage in any illegal activity; provide instructions on how to create or facilitate the exchange of illegal substances, services, or goods; encourage or provide instructions on how to engage in or facilitate illegal services such as human trafficking or prostitution; design, market, help distribute, or utilize weapons, explosives, dangerous materials, or other systems designed to cause harm to or loss of human life; promote, provide instructions on how to, or encourage others to commit or facilitate any type of crime, violent extremism, or terrorism; or gamble or bet on sports.

  • Psychologically or emotionally harmful content. This includes using our products or services to encourage or engage in any form of self-harm; shame, humiliate, bully, celebrate the suffering of, or harass individuals; defame, abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten others; or market, present, or operate any agent or application as a substitute for licensed mental health care, therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention services.

  • Violent, hateful, or threatening content. This includes using our products or services to threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence or terrorism; describe, encourage, support, or provide instructions on how to commit violent acts against persons, animals, or property; or encourage hate speech or discriminatory practices that could cause harm to individuals or communities based on their protected attributes, such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or any other identifying trait.

  • Violation of intellectual property or privacy rights. This includes using our products or services to generate content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties; create unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted works; or violate the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of real individuals.

  • Exposure of Minors to Harmful Content. Using the Services to expose, facilitate the exposure of, or knowingly enable the exposure of minors (individuals under 18 years of age) to adult, sexual, violent, or otherwise age-inappropriate content. This includes sharing account credentials with minors, allowing minors to access accounts that have interacted with Mature Content, failing to supervise minors' access to devices through which the Services are accessible, or building Agents or applications (including via the API Services) that are accessible by minors and may display Mature Content.

Permitted Adult Content

Azeroth disclaims all liability for Mature Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) generated by or accessible through the Services. Users who access, create, direct, or interact with Mature Content do so at their own sole risk.

Our Services permit content involving fictional adult characters or interactions between consenting adults, provided such content:

  • Involves only fictional characters who are clearly and unambiguously adults, or depicts consensual interactions between real adults who have provided explicit consent;

  • Does not involve, depict, reference, or suggest the presence of minors in any sexual or suggestive context, including through roleplay scenarios, character personas, age ambiguity, or fictional framing;

  • Does not depict, describe, promote, or encourage non-consensual sexual acts;

  • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Does not involve real individuals without their explicit consent;

  • Does not infringe upon intellectual property or other rights of third parties;

  • Complies with all other provisions of this Usage Policy; and

  • Is accessed only in jurisdictions where such content is lawful. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding adult and graphic content.

Agent Creators and developers of applications that may generate or facilitate adult content are responsible for clearly describing the nature of their agent or application to inform potential users. API Developers must ensure their applications comply with all applicable laws regarding adult content, including age verification requirements where mandated by law.

Mandatory Labeling

Agent Creators that may generate adult or sexually explicit content must clearly label their agents with appropriate content warnings before publication. API Developers whose applications may display adult content must implement clear content warnings visible to End Users prior to content display. Failure to implement required labeling constitutes a violation of this Usage Policy.

User-Directed Generation

When you intentionally direct the Services to generate adult, sexual, or graphic content through your Prompts, you are the sole directing party and assume complete responsibility for the resulting Output and any consequences of its creation, use, or distribution. Azeroth is not the creator, author, or publisher of user-directed content.

Third-Party Provider Content Restrictions

Azeroth reserves the right to restrict, filter, modify, or prohibit specific types of content — including content that would otherwise be permitted under this "Permitted Adult Content" section — at any time and without notice, in order to ensure compliance with the Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs) of our payment processors (e.g., Stripe), cloud hosting providers, third-party AI model providers, app store policies, or any other third-party service upon which the operation of the Services depends. Such restrictions are not a violation of these Terms and do not create any liability or obligation to refund on the part of Azeroth.

Permitted Fictional Violence

The Services may generate fictional content containing graphic depictions of violence, horror, conflict, warfare, or other intense themes at the user's direction. Such content is permitted provided it:

  • Does not provide specific, actionable instructions for committing real-world violence;

  • Does not target real, identifiable individuals with threats, glorification of harm, or incitement;

  • Does not promote, incite, or encourage actual violence, terrorism, or extremism;

  • Is clearly fictional in nature;

  • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations; and

  • Complies with all other provisions of this Usage Policy.

Users who direct the Services to generate graphic fictional violence assume sole responsibility for the resulting content. Azeroth disclaims all liability for fictional violent content generated at a user's direction.

Prohibited Use of Third-Party Tool Integrations

In addition to all other policies, when using our services to interact with Third-Party Tools (including integrations labeled in the product interface as "apps" or "app connections"), you are prohibited from:

  • Exploiting or Attacking Third-Party Services: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any connected Tool or service; or attempting to execute arbitrary code, command injections, or other attacks through prompts intended for a Third-Party Tool.

  • Bypassing Safety Measures: Using a Third-Party Tool to circumvent, disable, or otherwise bypass the safety features and content restrictions of the Jenova platform or the third-party service itself.

  • Violating Third-Party Terms: Using our services to interact with any Third-Party Tool or its underlying service (e.g., Google Drive, Slack) in a manner that violates their specific terms of service, usage policies, or other rules. You are responsible for being aware of and complying with the terms of any service you connect to our platform.

  • Connecting Malicious Tools: Knowingly connecting a Tool that is designed for malicious purposes, such as spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or performing large-scale data exfiltration in violation of service terms.

  • Unauthorized Data Access or Exfiltration: Using system instructions, prompts, or agent configurations—whether in Agents or applications built with the Jenova Agent API—to improperly access, extract, steal, or exfiltrate sensitive or confidential information from authenticated Third-Party Tools without the explicit knowledge and informed consent of the user for that specific action. Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to: designing agents or applications with system prompts that covertly extract emails, files, messages, or other data from services like Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, or other connected Third-Party Tools; configuring agents to automatically read, copy, or transmit user data from Third-Party Tools to unauthorized destinations; using prompts to bypass user consent or permission mechanisms in Third-Party Tools; or exploiting MCP integrations to harvest credentials, tokens, or other authentication information.

Specific Prohibitions for Agents

In addition to the general prohibitions listed above, the following are specifically prohibited when creating, sharing, or using Agents:

  • Impersonation of Brands or Entities: Agents must not impersonate or falsely claim to be affiliated with any brand, entity, or individual.

  • Violation of Intellectual Property: Agents must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Facilitation of Prohibited Activities: Agents must not be designed to facilitate or encourage any of the activities prohibited under this Usage Policy.

  • Evasion of Safety Measures: Agents must not attempt to circumvent or disable any safety features or restrictions implemented by the Jenova platform.

  • Misleading or Deceptive Functionality: Agents must accurately represent their functionality and must not mislead users about their capabilities or purpose.

  • Minor Character Portrayal: Agents must not be designed, configured, or used to portray, simulate, or roleplay as characters who are or appear to be under 18 years of age in any sexual, romantic, or suggestive context. This includes Agents whose system instructions, personas, character descriptions, or knowledge bases define, describe, or present the Agent as a minor character. Agents that portray minor characters in non-sexual, educational, or age-appropriate contexts (e.g., a children's tutoring agent) are permitted.

Specific Prohibitions for API Developers and Applications

If you are using the Jenova Agent API to build applications, services, or products, the following additional prohibitions apply:

  • Authorized API Access: API Developers may make automated requests through official authenticated Jenova Agent API endpoints in accordance with the API documentation, rate limits, pricing, the Terms of Use, and this Usage Policy. Automated scraping, crawling, extraction, load testing, abuse, or circumvention outside authorized API use is prohibited.

  • Developer Responsibility for Compliance: API Developers are solely responsible for ensuring that their applications, services, and products—and their end users' use thereof—comply with this Usage Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. Developers must implement appropriate safeguards, content moderation, and monitoring mechanisms to prevent violations of this policy by their applications or end users.

  • Malicious Agent Design: API Developers must not design, configure, or deploy agents or applications with malicious system instructions, prompts, or configurations intended to: (a) exfiltrate, steal, or improperly access end user data from authenticated Third-Party Tools (such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, or other connected services); (b) perform unauthorized actions on behalf of end users without their explicit, informed consent for each specific action; (c) abuse, exploit, or misuse Third-Party Tool integrations or MCP connections; (d) circumvent security measures, permission systems, or consent mechanisms; or (e) harvest credentials, tokens, or other sensitive authentication information from end users or Third-Party Tools.

  • Prohibited Application Purposes: API Developers must not use the Jenova Agent API to build applications that: (a) facilitate, enable, or encourage any of the prohibited uses listed in this Usage Policy; (b) are designed primarily for prohibited business use cases listed below; (c) violate the rights of end users or any third party; (d) bypass, circumvent, or disable safety features, content restrictions, or usage limitations of the API Services; or (e) compete with or replicate the core functionality of Azeroth's products and services.

  • End User Conduct: API Developers are responsible for the conduct of their end users. Developers must: (a) maintain appropriate terms of service and acceptable use policies governing their end users' use of their applications; (b) implement mechanisms to detect, prevent, and respond to end user violations of this Usage Policy; (c) take prompt corrective action when violations are identified; and (d) cooperate with Azeroth in investigating and addressing policy violations.

  • Transparency and Disclosure: API Developers must provide clear and accurate disclosures to their end users, including: (a) that the application uses AI-generated content; (b) the limitations and potential inaccuracies of AI-generated outputs; (c) the data collection, processing, and sharing practices of the application; (d) the functionality and permissions required by any Third-Party Tool integrations; and (e) any other disclosures required by applicable law or regulation.

  • Age Verification: API Developers building applications that may expose end users to adult content must implement appropriate age verification or age-gating mechanisms as required by applicable law.

  • Monitoring and Auditing: API Developers must implement reasonable monitoring, logging, and auditing mechanisms to: (a) track their application's use of the API Services; (b) detect potential policy violations or security incidents; (c) investigate suspected violations; and (d) maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with this Usage Policy upon request by Azeroth.

  • Security and Data Protection: API Developers must implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect end user data, API credentials, and authentication tokens. Developers must promptly notify Azeroth and affected end users of any data breach, security incident, or unauthorized access involving the API Services or end user data.

  • No Circumvention of Review Process: API Developers must not use the API Services to circumvent the review and safety measures applied to Agents or other Jenova products. The absence of a pre-deployment review process for API applications does not exempt developers from compliance with this Usage Policy.

  • Regulated Data Processing: API Developers must not use the API Services to process Regulated Data as defined in the Terms of Use unless Azeroth has expressly agreed to such processing in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Azeroth. Compliance with Azeroth's Terms does not constitute compliance with HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, or any other regulatory framework.

  • Professional Advice Applications: API Developers who build applications that operate in medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other regulated domains must: (a) include prominent disclaimers that the application does not provide professional advice; (b) not label, market, or present their application in a way that suggests it replaces consultation with a qualified professional; (c) implement the human-in-the-loop and disclosure requirements described in "Additional Requirements for Businesses" below; and (d) comply with all applicable professional licensing and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the Developer's application is available, independently of Azeroth.

Prohibited Business Use Cases

In addition to the above use cases, we prohibit businesses from using our products and tools, including Agents and the Jenova Agent API, for any of the following:

  • Political campaigning or lobbying. Creating targeted campaigns to influence the outcome of elections or referendums, or for political advocacy or lobbying.

  • Covertly tracking, targeting, or surveilling individuals. Searching for or gathering information on an individual or group in order to track, target, or report on their identity, including using the product for facial recognition, covert tracking, battlefield management applications, or predictive policing.

  • Social scoring. Utilizing Jenova to assign scores or ratings to individuals based on an assessment of their trustworthiness or social behavior.

  • Criminal justice decisions. Eligibility for parole or sentencing decisions.

  • Automated determination of financing eligibility of individuals. Making automated decisions about the eligibility of individuals for financial products and creditworthiness.

  • Automated determination of employment and housing decisions. Making automated decisions about the employability of individuals or other employment determinations or decisions regarding eligibility for housing, including leases and home loans.

  • Any law enforcement application. Except for the following permitted applications by U.S. law enforcement organizations: back-office uses including call center support, document summarization, and accounting; analysis of data for the location of missing persons and other applications, provided that such applications do not otherwise violate or impair the liberty, civil liberties, or human rights of natural persons.

Note for API Developers: These prohibited business use cases apply equally to applications built using the Jenova Agent API. API Developers must not build applications designed for these prohibited purposes and must ensure their end users do not use their applications for these purposes.

Additional Requirements for Businesses

If your business is using or deploying our tools and services, including Agents or applications built with the Jenova Agent API, as part of providing legal, medical, or financial advice to consumers, we require that you implement the additional safety measures listed below:

  • Human-in-the-loop: Any content that is provided to your consumers must be reviewed by a qualified professional in that field prior to dissemination. Your business is responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of that information.

  • Disclosure: You must disclose to your customers that you are using our services to help inform your decisions or recommendations.

Finally, if your business is using or deploying our products, including Agents or applications built with the Jenova Agent API, as part of an automated service where your external customers or users interact directly with our products or AI-generated outputs, for example, chatbots, you must disclose to your users that they are interacting with an AI system rather than a human.

Note for API Developers: API Developers building applications for legal, medical, or financial use cases must implement these requirements in their applications and ensure their end users (consumers) receive appropriate human oversight and disclosures.

International Users

If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws regarding data protection, adult content, AI-generated content, consumer protection, and any other applicable legal requirements. Azeroth operates from the United States and does not represent that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the United States. Azeroth is not responsible for your failure to comply with local laws.

Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce this Usage Policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension of access to Jenova services (including the Jenova Agent API), removal or disabling of Agents, suspension or termination of API access, or termination of accounts. We reserve the right to take action against any Agent, API Developer account, application built using the API Services, connected Third-Party Tool configuration, or user account that we deem to be in violation of this policy or that poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the Jenova platform or its users.

In compliance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, Azeroth reports apparent violations involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperates with law enforcement investigations. Azeroth may preserve and disclose user account information, content, IP addresses, and other relevant data as required by law in connection with such reports. This reporting obligation applies regardless of the user's country of residence.

API Developers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance by their applications and end users. If Azeroth receives reports or becomes aware of policy violations by an API Developer's application or end users, Azeroth may immediately suspend or terminate the Developer's API access while investigating the violation. API Developers must cooperate with Azeroth's investigation and take prompt corrective action to remedy violations.

Repeated or serious violations of this Usage Policy by an API Developer or their application may result in permanent termination of API access and account closure. Enforcement actions, including suspension, limitation, removal of Agents, disabling of API Keys, termination of API access, or account closure, do not entitle users or API Developers to refunds, restoration of consumed Credits, or service credits, except where required by applicable law.

Review Process

Agents: All Agents created through the Agent Creation Feature are subject to an automated review process before they can be created or updated. This process checks for compliance with this Usage Policy. Agents that are flagged during the review process may be rejected, require modification, or be subject to further review. Azeroth maintains an internal agent review policy that may change from time to time at Azeroth's discretion.

API Applications: Applications built using the Jenova Agent API are NOT subject to pre-deployment review or approval by Azeroth. API Developers may build and deploy applications without submitting them to Azeroth for review. However, the absence of a review process does not exempt API Developers or their applications from compliance with this Usage Policy. API Developers remain solely responsible for ensuring their applications, agent configurations, system instructions, and end users' conduct comply with this policy. Azeroth reserves the right to investigate, audit, suspend, or terminate API access at any time if violations are suspected or discovered, even after an application has been deployed.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this Usage Policy, including any Agent, API application, or user behavior that violates these rules, please report it to us at [email protected]. We take reports seriously and will investigate all reported violations. Users who become aware of content that may involve the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or who become aware of a minor accessing the Services, are required to report this immediately to Azeroth at [email protected]. Failure to report suspected child exploitation or abuse content constitutes a violation of this Usage Policy.

Disclaimer

Azeroth Inc. is not responsible for the content, functionality, or use of Agents, applications built using the Jenova Agent API, or any connected Third-Party Tools (including integrations labeled as "apps" or "app connections" in the product interface). Users and end users of API Developer applications interact with these agents, applications, and tools at their own risk. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or legality of any Agent, API application, or Third-Party Tool. API Developers are solely responsible for their applications and the conduct of their end users.
